These Terms of Service govern your use of Tegazumi Games at tegazumi.games, operated by Tegazumi, based in London, United Kingdom (“we”, “us” or “our”). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using it.

2. Our games
We provide a curated selection of browser-based games and daily puzzles. The service is under development: games, rules, features and availability may change, and we may need to pause access for maintenance or security reasons. We will take reasonable care in operating the service, but cannot promise that access will always be uninterrupted.
Guest play is available without registration for supported games. Verified guest scores may be submitted under initials. If you choose to register or sign in after a guest run, the browser’s existing guest-session cookie can be used to transfer eligible verified results to your account. Existing account daily results take precedence to prevent duplicate daily credit.
3. Accounts and sign-in
If you create an account, you must provide accurate information and keep access to your chosen sign-in method secure. Account registration and sign-in are provided through Clerk, with options including Google sign-in and email/password where available. Do not share your access credentials or attempt to access another person's account.
Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect players, investigate abuse or enforce these terms. You may request account deletion through our contact form. Our Privacy Policy explains how account information is handled.
4. Fair play and acceptable use
Please use Tegazumi Games fairly and lawfully. You must not:
- Interfere with, damage, overload or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, accounts or supporting systems.
- Use automated activity, manipulated clients, cheats or exploits to falsify rankings, scores or records.
- Impersonate another person, abuse other users, or submit offensive or unlawful profile details.
- Copy, sell or redistribute our games, artwork or site code beyond uses permitted by law without our permission.
We may review and remove invalid scores or restrict accounts where there is evidence of abuse. Public leaderboards and user-generated content features are not currently available; we will publish additional rules if those features launch.
5. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, Tegazumi Games and its original games, designs, text and branding belong to Tegazumi or its licensors. You may enjoy them for personal, non-commercial use through the site. You retain ownership of any content that is legally yours; by submitting an optional display name or other profile details, you allow us to display them as needed to provide the relevant feature, subject to your privacy rights.
6. Pricing and subscriptions
Core daily games remain free. Where offered, Tegazumi Plus is an optional paid subscription processed through Stripe. Before checkout we display the chosen subscription price, billing interval and any applicable taxes. No subscription starts until you complete Stripe checkout.
Plus subscriptions renew automatically on the selected monthly or annual billing cycle unless cancelled. You can manage your payment method or cancel through the billing portal linked from your Plus account page. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid billing period; access continues until then, unless otherwise stated. We do not promise refunds for unused time, but your statutory cancellation and refund rights are unaffected. If a payment fails or the subscription ends, paid-only features may cease to be available.
Plus cosmetics, archive access and other benefits are available only when the respective feature is implemented and your membership is active. We may offer donations or advertising separately in future; neither is enabled by these subscription terms.
7. Third-party services and links
Authentication may involve Clerk or Google, and Plus purchases use Stripe, which have their own terms and privacy information. Links to external services are provided for convenience; we do not control their websites or policies.
8. Availability, liability and consumer rights
We aim to keep Tegazumi Games enjoyable, secure and functional, but puzzles and experimental features may contain errors and we may change or discontinue them. To the extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for losses that are not reasonably foreseeable or that result from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Your applicable statutory consumer and data protection rights remain unaffected.
9. Changes and applicable law
We may update these terms to reflect changes to the service or the law. Updated terms will be posted here with a revised date; if changes are material, we will provide appropriate notice. Continued use after changes take effect means that the updated terms apply, where legally permitted.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without removing any mandatory legal protections or consumer rights that apply where you live.
